The "flu"..take care of yourself

Rumours have it if patients consume young coconut water, they will be up and about in no time. But most importantly to build up body resistant, it is vital to consume more fresh fruit juices particularly orange and green apple, fresh vegetables, fish oil, vitamins as well as to drink more water. Also, eat more meats (proteins) for building of antibodies.

Avoid fatty and sugary foods for they will weaken the body defense system.

There was a report from China recently here and here about the treatments they gave to these patients that include some herbal ingredients. This concoction was revealed as to having ingredients such as honeysuckle flower or Jin yin hua (lonicera japonica), dyers woad leaf or Da qing ye (Isatis indigodica), peppermint or Bo he (Mentha haplocalyx) and liquorice roots or Sheng gan cao (Glycyrrhiza glabra) to be drank as tea or to be used as a mouthwash.
